Our Vegas pad seems to be cracking under the strains of our Australian muscle.  So far we’ve had the following problems within one week:

– No hot water in Tom’s shower
– A/c fan blowing way loud
– TV stopped working
– Kitchen taps stopped working
– A/c stopped working

Lucky our “Double Gulp” wall is gathering momentum to add some reinforcements to the building.  We’ve increased productivity to bring forward our completion date.
